Our caregiver services are provided in-home, in assisted living facilities, rehab hospitals and most other types of facilities, and are customized based on the clients’ needs.

• Our staff RN evaluates new clients, creates the Care Plan, and supervises Caregivers.
• We use a phone based Caregiver Tracking System to confirm that our Caregivers arrive on time and stay for their whole shift.
• Automated medication reminder or wellness check-in phone calls provided for free to clients, up to 3 times per day.
• Our Caregivers are true employees, not subcontractors.
• We pay the payroll taxes, employers liability, workers’ compensation, general and professional liability insurance. All employees are bonded.
• We are available 24-hours/day, 365 days/year, and owners are actively involved in every case.

Home Careolina is responsible for all employer tasks, including:
